Mental health care that meets you where you are

We are a Nigerian non-profit bringing counselling, education and psychosocial support closer to the people who are usually left out: young people, women and underserved communities.

4,000+ lives reached since 2019

We believe mental health is fundamental to individual and community wellbeing, and that accessible care can change the course of a life.

Our founding conviction

What we do

Care in every direction. That is the 360.

Six programme areas working together, from the first honest conversation to long-term community support.

  1. Awareness & education

Community sensitisation, school outreach and public campaigns that help people recognise mental health challenges early and talk about them openly.

  2. Counselling & psychosocial support

One-on-one and group counselling that is affordable and close to home, delivered with warmth and strict confidentiality.

  3. GBV psychosocial support

Survivor-centred emotional support and safe referrals for people affected by gender-based violence.

  4. Trainings & capacity building

Practical mental health training for teachers, community leaders, health workers and young volunteers.

  5. Community-based interventions

Peer support circles and local networks that keep care going long after a single workshop ends.

  6. Advocacy

Speaking up for mental health rights and pushing back against stigma in policy, media and everyday life.

Who we serve

Support for the people care usually skips

Cost, distance and stigma keep mental health care out of reach for millions. We plan every programme around the people most likely to be left behind.

  • Young people
  • Women
  • Vulnerable groups
  • Underserved communities
