The moments the numbers cannot hold

From our annual conference to community outreaches, these are the days when the work is loudest and most visible.

Every year · 10 October

World Mental Health Day Conference

Every year on 10 October we convene our World Mental Health Day conference. Panels, personal stories and practical teaching bring professionals, advocates and the public into one room, with one goal: making mental health everyone's business.

Between conferences, our webinars keep the conversation going, creating awareness and educating people wherever they are.

World Humanitarian Day · 19 August 2023

Dance for Impact, Wamba community

On 19 August 2023, in partnership with U.S. in Nigeria and Krump Studios, we took Dance for Impact to the Wamba community in Abuja to commemorate World Humanitarian Day. Movement, music and honest mental health conversations, all in one open-air day.

Where we go next

The gap is still wide. So we keep going.

Our commitment does not end at 4,000. We are expanding our reach, strengthening our programmes and working to serve a larger, more diverse population, because mental health support should be available to those who need it most, regardless of social or economic circumstance.
