Our programmes
Each programme answers a different part of the same question: what keeps mental health support out of reach, and how do we remove it?
01
Schools, markets, faith groups, online communities
Stigma thrives on silence. We run community sensitisation drives, school outreach and public campaigns that teach people what mental health actually is, how to spot early warning signs, and how to talk about it without shame.

02
Anyone navigating a mental health challenge
Professional care should not be a luxury. We provide one-on-one and group counselling that is affordable and community-based, so support is close to home and free of judgement.

03
Survivors of gender-based violence
Gender-based violence leaves wounds that outlast the visible ones. Our survivor-centred support helps people process trauma safely, with confidential care and referrals to trusted partner services.

04
Teachers, community leaders, health workers, volunteers
One trained person can hold a whole community steadier. We equip the people others already turn to with practical mental health skills they can use the same week.

05
Neighbourhoods and groups underserved by formal care
Care that lives inside the community outlasts any single project. We help set up peer circles and local support networks that keep going after our sessions end.

06
Policy makers, media, the wider public
Lasting change needs more than services. We advocate for mental health rights, better policy and honest public conversation, so seeking help becomes normal rather than brave.
