Our story
Why we exist
Across Nigeria and much of Africa, mental health care is scarce, expensive and clouded by stigma. Millions of people face anxiety, depression, trauma and the psychosocial impact of gender-based violence with nowhere affordable to turn.
We were founded in response to that gap. Our work brings mental health support closer to individuals and communities through awareness, education, counselling, trainings, psychosocial support, advocacy, capacity building and community-based interventions.
Since inception we have positively impacted the lives of over 4,000 people, providing information, support and guidance that helps them navigate mental health challenges and build healthier, more resilient lives. We are continually expanding our reach to serve young people, women, vulnerable groups and underserved communities.
